How do I place my order?
To place an order:

Add items to your basket.

You may choose to pay via our checkout page or via PayPal.

If you wish to proceed via our checkout page, please click on the green ‘Checkout’ button on the right-hand side of the screen.

If you would prefer to continue via PayPal, please click on the PayPal button.

You will be redirected to our customer information page. You will need to provide:

If you have a valid promo code, you can enter it in the “Discount” field on the right-hand side of the screen. Be sure to click the “Apply” button so that the discount is calculated and applied to your order.

Continue by clicking on the ‘Continue to delivery method’ button. Ensure that the delivery address is correct (if it differs from your billing address). Once you have done this, click on ‘Continue to payment method’.

You will need to enter your payment details. You will have the option to tick a box if the delivery and billing details are the same, if applicable.

Once you have completed the form, click on the ‘Finalise order’ button. You will be redirected to a page summarising your order, with a confirmation on screen and a confirmation by email.

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect products have been sent?
For missing or incorrectly sent items, please contact us at service@nwfacai.com. Provide your transaction reference number (order number) and send us proof (the image file size must be less than 1 MB). We will gladly send you the correct item at no additional cost, and we will not ask you to return the incorrect item! You can keep it as a gift from us.
How do I know if my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number and the details of your purchase.
I would like to change the items in my order. What should I do?
You may modify your order before 11:00 p.m. (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. You may contact us by email at service@nwfacai.com to request a modification.
How do I add items to my basket?
To add items to your basket:

Go to the page for the item you wish to purchase, then select your preferences for the item.

When you click on the ‘Add to basket’ button, you will be redirected to the ‘Basket’ page.

Enter the quantity of items you wish to order in the ‘Quantity:’ field next to the item image. Once you have entered the quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to finalise your order.
How can I see what is in my basket?
To view the contents of your basket, click on the basket icon at the top of the website page. When you click on this icon, you can easily change the quantity of items you wish to purchase by updating the quantity shown. You can also remove an item by clicking on the “Remove” link at the bottom of the quantity list.
How do I remove items from my basket?
First, click on the ‘Shopping basket’ icon at the top right of your screen. This will allow you to see all the items in your basket. Once you have identified the item you wish to remove, click on the ‘Remove’ link at the bottom of the quantity list. The item will be automatically removed and the page will be updated to reflect the changes.
How do I change the quantity of an item in my basket?
First, click on the ‘Shopping basket’ icon at the top right of your screen. You will then be able to see all the items in your basket and the quantities you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in the basket, place your mouse over the ‘Quantity’ field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once you have done this, the quantity and the associated amount (if applicable) will be updated automatically and will reflect the correct amount on the right-hand side of the screen.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I pay with PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. Once you have added all your items to the basket and are ready to complete the transaction, click on the ‘PayPal’ button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Please ensure you fill in the correct information for fast and hassle-free payment processing.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a promotional code, follow these steps:

Select the item you wish to order, then click on the green ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.

You will then be redirected to our customer information page and will need to fill in the necessary details.

You will see a ‘Discount’ field at the top right of the page.

You must enter the discount code and then click on “Apply”. You will need to check that the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it applied in the summary below.
What is your return and exchange policy?

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled before 11:00 p.m. (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After this time, cancellations will no longer be processed. You may contact us by email at service@nwfacai.com to request a cancellation.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. We take great care with the information you provide when you place an order on our online shop (or by other means). The server hosting our shop encrypts all credit card information and personal information of customers using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Internet standard.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
To ensure a secure payment process, our site uses a reliable credit card processor and a secure online payment gateway, keeping all data encrypted with AES-256.

All information you share with us is private and confidential. We will never share, rent, or sell your personal information without your consent, unless required by law.
