Transport policy

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all online orders in Norway (for purchases over NOK 400).

Delivery within New Zealand
Free delivery applies to all valid delivery addresses within New Zealand, excluding remote islands and certain military zones.

We do not ship to post office boxes.

All orders take approximately 7 to 14 days to process. Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) will be processed the next working day. All orders are delivered within 10 to 20 days, with the following delivery options available:

  • UPS Ground

  • Next day delivery by air

  • New Zealand

The delivery charges you see on the payment page do not include brokerage fees or customs duties that may be charged when you receive your parcel. Bodyldy is not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse them.

Some of the goods will be shipped directly from our national warehouses, while other items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, New Zealand, and Australia.
